Double Smash Burgers
Burger Patty:
500g Mugavin Beef Smash Burger Mince
4 Slices of Jalapeño Monterey Jack
Salt & Pepper
Toppings:
Soft Burger Buns
Your Favourite Burger Sauce
Method:
Divide the mince into 4 equal portions and roll each into a ball.
Heat a frying pan over high heat with a little oil.
Place the mince balls into the pan, cover with baking paper, and smash thin with a flat spatula.
Remove the baking paper and cook until browned on both sides.
Add a slice of cheese on top of each patty - let it melt.
Stack the patties so they’re two high.
Toast the burger buns until golden - spread burger sauce and your chosen toppings onto the buns, then add the patties.
Top with the other half of the bun and serve.
